Events

Contact the Event Chair to confirm an event date. They will check the calendar. If the date is not already taken, it will get approved. If any supplies are needed from the storage locker, you can set up an appointment to meet to gain access. For things like upfront money, please contact the treasurer. Other issues like Venue or local setup, is up to the Hosting Group. If you need proof of insurance, please let the Event Chair know and they can provide that contact information as well. Once you get the flyer completed, send to the Event Chair for Final Approval. Once approved, the flyer will need to get posted to the website and sent to D8news for circulation to the D8 members.
